Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 June 2026
OpenTrApp collects no personal data. There is no telemetry, no tracking,
no analytics, and no account. We have nothing to sell and nothing to leak,
because we never receive your information in the first place.
The desktop application
- No telemetry or analytics. The app does not phone home,
does not report usage, crashes, or metrics to us, and contains no
third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
- Everything runs locally. The application and its
security perimeter run entirely on your own computer. Your files, your
workspace, and your activity stay on your machine.
- Your credentials stay on your machine. The API key and
Telegram bot token you provide during setup are stored locally in your
own user profile and are used only to connect to the services you
configured. They are never transmitted to the OpenTrApp project.
- The only external connections are the ones you set up.
When you run an agent, it talks to the AI vendor's API (e.g. Anthropic)
and to Telegram โ services you choose and authenticate with directly.
Those providers have their own privacy policies; this policy covers only
OpenTrApp itself.
This website
- The site at opentrapp.com is a
static page. It sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics or
advertising scripts.
- As with any web server, the hosting provider may keep standard,
short-lived access logs (such as IP address and requested page) for
security and reliability. These are not used to identify or profile you
and are not shared.
- Download links point to the project's GitHub Releases; GitHub's own
privacy policy applies once you follow them.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be published on this page
with an updated date. Because the project is developed in the open, the full
history of this file is visible in the
source repository.
